Crotons are a common houseplant most recognizable by their striking foliage, especially the Oakleaf Croton. This tropical plant has brilliant-colored leaves that begin a bright yellow and transition to magenta and red as they age. The leaves are thick and leathery and can be anywhere from 2 to 12 inches long.
