Characteristics

Summer Glory boasts an upright and gracefully arching growth habit. This self-supporting structure makes it a versatile choice, equally suited for shelf displays or cascading from hanging baskets. The smooth, semi-glossy leaves unfurl in a captivating display of coppery pink, adorned with delicate veins mirroring the same rosy hue. As they mature, the foliage transitions to a rich, glossy emerald green, accented by subtle yellow striations.

How to Care for Summer Glory Philodendron

  • Light: Thrives in bright indirect or filtered light. Direct sun may scorch its leaves if not given time to slowly acclimate.
  • Water Preferences: Keep soil evenly moist and ensure the plant has proper drainage. Allow soil to dry slightly during the winter months. This plant is somewhat drought tolerant, but should not be left unwatered for long periods of time.
  • Special Care/Notes: This plant wants to climb! Providing a stake and a regular well-balanced fertilizer will allow this plant to grow strong and beautiful.

*Ships within Colorado only* To ensure plants are delivered with the most care, we ship plants Monday-Wednesday. Plants purchased after Wednesday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. Check out our shipping policies for more information. Thank you!
