Mexican Hat Prairie Coneflower

Mexican Hat is the mahogany-red colored form of Prairie Coneflower that blooms from mid-summer into fall. A good naturalizing wildflower. This drought tolerant plant is easy to establish and naturalizes readily so you can grow your own stand of wildflowers. 'Mexican Hat' is a heavy bloomer, with a mature plant producing hundreds of flowers with distinctive mahogany-red petals edged in yellow.
