Blue Boa Hyssop Plant

Blue Boa Hyssop, or hummingbird mint, is a large, flowering perennial with deep violet-blue flowers. This easy-to-care-for plant attracts hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees, making it a popular addition to pollinator gardens.

  • Tips from the pros: Does not respond well to over-watering, so keep on the dry side once established. Give it plenty of room! Wait until spring to cut back old growth. Great for xeric landscapes!

We offer a one-year conditional warranty. Any plants grown in a container voids the warranty. Warranties on roses and perennials are valid through October 1st of the year purchased. All plants purchased after October 31st will not be eligible for coverage under our warranty.

*Please be aware that planting perennials out of season can increase the risk of the tree not surviving or thriving and may not look identical to the picture shown. Perennials are dormant during the winter months and are more susceptible to stress and damage when planted out of season.*
