Canadice Seedless Grape Vine

Canadice seedless grapes produce 25-40 clusters of fruit per wine in the late summer. Each vine requires about 15 feet of growing space on a wire trellis or fence with at least 8 hours of sunlight. Canadice seedless grapes are great self-pollinators, and taste delicious for fresh eating, making jams, jellies, and wines. They're also winter hardy!

  • Light: Full sun
  • Planting instructions: Plant in early springs as soon as your soil can be worked. Grapes will grow in moist, well-drained soil with pH preferably between 5.6 and 6.4. Spread the roots out as much as possible to establish a good base.
  • Mature Height: 48-100 inches
  • Additional Notes: During late February or March, proper pruning will help maintain a grapevine's potential of producing a good quality crop, develop good vine structure, increase sunlight exposure into the canopy, promote the development of next year's fruiting wood, and potentially reduce disease and insect pressure. Hardy to zones 4-8.

"Bath Garden Center has a huge selection of plants. I always buy more than I planned on buying. I'd like to say I hate them for it... But I actually love their selections! And the staff are friendly and helpful. Always a great place to go! 😀"
