Join Ella Barnard for a special Vinyasa-style yoga class held outdoors in the serene, lush surroundings of our nursery space. This session will place a special emphasis on Sun Salutations, allowing you to flow through a rhythmic sequence designed to welcome the light and energy of the solstice. To deepen your practice, the class includes hands-on adjustments and concludes with a blissful Savasana head massage to leave you feeling grounded and restored.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, come breathe with us among the plants and honor the change of the season.
