Carefree and naturalizing; these bulbs signal the end of winter. Remembrance crocus is a Dutch crocus variety that is known for its large, royal purple flowers with a silvery sheen. The flowers are about 2 inches in diameter and bloom in early spring. Remembrance crocus is hardy in USDA zones 3-8 and prefers full sun to partial shade. It is a relatively easy plant to care for and can be propagated by dividing the bulbs or by seed.
