This session isn't just a lecture—it’s a hands-on exploration. We’ll walk through the nursery and the surrounding area together to identify and discuss the diverse edible plants hidden in plain sight. This particular workshop focuses on the "urban wilderness," leaning specifically toward:
Common "Weedy" Plants: Learn which garden invaders are actually delicious and nutritious.
Urban Trees: Discover the seasonal bounty provided by the trees in our own backyards and city streets.
Whether you are a curious beginner or a seasoned naturalist, Orion will guide you through the ethics, identification, and culinary uses of our local flora.
