Lemon lavender is crisp and fresh! It goes especially well with soft white cheese or green tea. Or add it to coffee for a lavender latte! Creamed honey is thick and spreadable. There is no dairy involved - it's called creamed honey because of its light color and smooth buttery texture. The texture comes from intentionally crystallizing the honey with tiny smooth crystals. It's great on toast, a cheese board, on ice cream or by the spoonful!
