Beauty Beyond Belief Drought-Tolerant Wildflower Mix

This mixture of annuals, perennials, introduced and native wildflowers is specifically designed to thrive in sunny dry areas. This mix would be ideal for areas along paving or areas with low annual rainfall. In temperate climates, plant Drought-Tolerant Wildflower Mix in the fall when the soils have cooled and there is more moisture. In northern areas, plant in the early spring. Lightly rake in and cover with a thin layer of good soil or mulch to aid with water retention, no deeper than 1/8 – 1/4th inch. If irrigation is possible, soak the area once and keep moist until germination. In dry climates or in drought, up to 1/2 inch of irrigation per week may be required after germination until plants become well established. Suitable for zones 2-9.

Flower Species Included:

Firewheel, Indian Blanket, Black-Eyed Susan, Lance-leaf Coreopsis, Plains Coreopsis, Yellow Prairie Coneflower, Penstemon, Blue Flax, Mexican Hat, Shirley Poppy, Prairie Aster, Desert Bluebells, Cornflower, Sweet Alyssum, California Poppy, Rocky Mountain Beeplant, Liatris, Cosmos, African Daisy, Gloriosa Daisy, Rocky Mountain Penstemon, Lacy Phacelia.

"Have just about everything you need for your yard."

- Bud Bussard, April 2024

"They have so much fun stuff to look at even if you're not buying plants! They also have a cool deal where, if you buy the container and the plant, they'll plant it for you. There's clothes, kitchen stuff, kids stuff, books, nick snacks, etc. My mom and I go in just to hang out and look at stuff sometimes, but last time, I got this plant. It went from beautiful to MAMMOTH and beautiful. We named her Victoria."

"Thank you so much to the staff for helping pick out our plants and pot them."
