Characteristics

The Calathea Stella, or Prayer Plant, is a striking tropical with dark green leaves adorned with striking white stripes and white marbling. It is similar to the Calathea White Fusion, but it grows at a quicker rate and is adaptable to low light conditions.

How to Care for Calathea

  • Light: Bright to medium indirect light. Do not place is full sunlight.
  • Water Preferences: Keep soil evenly moist, but do not overwater. Provide moderate levels of humidity.
  • Special Care/Notes: A good choice for a beginner who wants to try something slightly more challenging. Keep away from drafty windows or air vents. Find additional care instructions here!

"The employees at Bath are very helpful and I didn’t have any problems finding someone to answer questions on either trip. They have a large selection and plenty of parking. They offer a lot of extras like garden art and pots."

"Just wanted to give a shout-out to both Megan and Cole who planted a new tree for us. It was hot when they were planting but they took time to make sure the placement was perfect. They also were great in explaining the maintenance that will be needed. Very professional and super attitudes…..great employees!"

"It's so beautiful inside! They always have fun fairy 🧚‍♀️ garden items. The Christmas Open House is spectacular. They have a fun selection of clothes. There's a beautiful area to enjoy with turtles 🐢! And of course, they gave plenty of landscaping plants as well as indoor plants and items to care for them all!"
