Alocasia houseplants are subtropical plants that are well known for their remarkable foliage, especially Alocasia Polly. The large, arrow shaped leaves have a glossy texture with wide silver veins. These cultivars can range in size from 2 feet tall to 6 feet tall and some can spread nearly 5 feet wide.
