The leaves of the Maximilian sunflower are long and narrow. They are alternate, coarse and hairy, slightly wavy on the edges, often folded lengthwise, slightly toothed, and very pointed. Numerous yellow flower heads grow on their own stalks. The flower head is up to 5 inches across.
We offer a warranty on perennials, roses, vines and grasses through October 31st of the year purchased. Any of these plants purchased after October 31st will not be eligible for coverage under our warranty. Any plants grown in a container voids the warranty. The guy asked if I would like the plant repotted and informed me that I needed a bigger pot for the plant to grow in. The girl walked me back to the pots and helped me pick the right size!
