The fruit is dark, firm, and very sweet. The flesh of the Bing Cherry is solid and flavor of the highest quality, great for fresh eating, cooking, or canning. The Bing Cherry tree has a spreading growth habit and is productive with fruit ripening mid-June. Needs a pollinator!
