Extremely hardy and perfect for cold winter areas. Pink and white flowers in spring are followed by large gorgeous tart purple-red fruit with dark red flesh and scrumptious, rich flavor, packed with antioxidants. Self-fertile variety is excellent for eating fresh, superb in pies, preserves, or drying. The dwarf, shrub-like form is perfect for landscape or orchard.
"I was in there today may 17th 2025 and two very lovely employees helped me out! One was a guy (cashier) other was a young woman in a hat. The guy asked if I would like the plant repotted and informed me that I needed a bigger pot for the plant to grow in. The girl walked me back to the pots and helped me pick the right size! "They have so much fun stuff to look at even if you're not buying plants! They also have a cool deal where, if you buy the container and the plant, they'll plant it for you. There's clothes, kitchen stuff, kids stuff, books, nick snacks, etc. My mom and I go in just to hang out and look at stuff sometimes, but last time, I got this plant. It went from beautiful to MAMMOTH and beautiful. We named her Victoria."
