Directions for Use:

  • For Houseplants: To control fungus gnats, simply shake the granular Mosquito Bits onto the potting soil in houseplants and other container-grown plants. Mosquito Bits can also be mixed with potting soil prior to planting. When the plants are watered, the BTI in the Mosquito Bits is released.

Mosquito Bits should be applied uniformly. A seven-to-fourteen-day interval between applications should be employed.

"I love this place. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding. The staff has a great amount of knowledge. Anytime I have an issue with a plant, I pluck a leaf off of it put it in a ziplock bag, and then take it in. The staff easily assesses what the issues are and educates me on how to tackle the issue."
