Dutch Master Trumpet Narcissus – 8 Bulbs

Trumpet Daffodils are known for their traditional daffodil shape; a large flower on one stem with an exceptionally long, large trumpet. Daffodils are easy to grow in well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade and are well known to be deer resistant. A perennial that blooms year after year.

  • Light: Full sun to partial shade
  • Bloom: Mid Spring
  • Planting Depth: 6 inches
  • Bulbs Per Square Foot: 6
  • Planting instructions: Plant in the Fall between September and November in rich, loamy, well-draining soil. Plant bulbs 5-6 inches deep and 3-4 inches apart. Plant in clusters with other spring-blooming bulbs for maximum effect. Keep Narcissus watered throughout the growing season and reduce watering while bulbs are dormant through the winter. Let foliage mature and die down naturally.
  • Mature Height: 14-16 inches
  • Attributes: Mild fragrance, deer and rabbit resistant, drought tolerant once established, beautiful cut flowers.

"Wonderful selection!"

- NM, April 2024

"What a fun and whimsical nursery. There is something for everyone. It feels like every turn you find another treasure. Pricing is boutique-like but plenty of items on the under $15 side. We went in today for greeting cards and found the perfect cards for my grandma. I've purchased many garden supplies and plants here as well. They always have great quality and variety. The owner is amazing, generous, and community focused."
