These pumpkins are perfect for making delicious pies, muffins, and other baked goods. They are smaller and sweeter than carving pumpkins, and they have a denser flesh that makes them ideal for baking. To use a pie pumpkin, simply cut it in half and remove the seeds and pulp. Then, dice or puree the pumpkin and use it in your favorite recipes!
