Seed Savers Exchange Thai Green Eggplant Seeds

High Mowing Thai Green Eggplant seeds yield a unique heirloom variety from Thailand, producing slender, elongated, light-lime green fruits that grow to 10-12 inches. Known for their mild, sweet flavor and tender flesh, these eggplants are exceptionally versatile in the kitchen, particularly in Asian-inspired dishes like stir-fries and curries. Requiring a long, warm growing season, they thrive in full sun and well-drained soil, reaching 2-3 feet in height and are best started indoors before the last frost. As with all High Mowing Organic Seeds, these are organic and non-GMO, ensuring high-quality produce for the discerning gardener.

"They have so much fun stuff to look at even if you're not buying plants! They also have a cool deal where, if you buy the container and the plant, they'll plant it for you. There's clothes, kitchen stuff, kids stuff, books, nick snacks, etc. My mom and I go in just to hang out and look at stuff sometimes, but last time, I got this plant. It went from beautiful to MAMMOTH and beautiful. We named her Victoria."

"I’ve been here many times to get irrigation supplies. I really appreciate their knowledge, patience, and assistance on the subject. I also like that in their lawn irrigation center, it’s only supplies you might need for your lawn, nothing else."
