High Mowing Pink Champagne Cherry Tomato Seeds

Gorgeous deep pink fruit on manageable plants with big tomato flavor. Plants are productive and less vining than other cherries, making for efficient harvest and management. Packs the flavor of a large tomato in a small size. Fruit is especially attractive when the strongly attached calyx is left on, a true standout on a market table due to its specialty appeal.

Sowing Information:

  • Light: Full sun
  • When to Start Inside: Start seeds 6-8 weeks before planting date. Do not start too early; transplants will suffer if allowed to become root bound and leggy. Harden off transplants by reducing water and nitrogen fertilizer.
  • When to Sow Outside: Transplant outdoors after danger of frost has passed.
  • Seed Depth: Plant seeds ¼ inch deep
  • Seed Spacing: Plant 12-18 inches apart
  • Row Spacing: 24-26 inches
  • Thinning: When 3 inches tall, thin to 1 every 4 inches
  • Days to Germinate: 7-15 days
  • Days to Maturity: 65 days

Growing Notes:

  • Harvesting: Harvest tomatoes fully ripe for best flavor. Tomatoes can also be harvested green or at first blush and ripened off the vine at temperatures above 70°F.
  • Attributes: Indeterminate, full flavored, open-pollinated

"No matter what I am at Bath for, there are always helpful employees to help me find what I need or tips on how to care for indoor or outdoor plants. They also carry pots, trellises, soil, and interesting plants of all kinds! I was also pleasantly surprised to find compost worms available for purchase without a special preorder. Thank you for being awesome!"
