Botanical Interests Patio Choice Yellow Bush Cherry Tomato Seeds

Patio Choice' is just exactly that—the ideal tomato for container gardening or small spaces! This eye-catching variety will provide you with an abundance of sweet, 1/2-ounce cherry tomatoes for canning, roasting, and drying. A delicious little snack! Beautiful in a container mixed with flowers. High-yielding and performs well in heat and humidity. 2017 All-America Selections award winner. Excellent disease resistance, including Fusarium wilt, Verticillium wilt, and tobacco mosaic virus.

Sowing Information: 

  • Light: Full Sun
  • When to Sow Outside: For mild climates only: 1 to 2 weeks after your average last frost date, and when soil temperature is at least 60°F.
  • When to Start Inside: RECOMMENDED. 4 to 6 weeks before transplanting. Transplant when air temperature is 45°F or warmer, usually 1 to 2 weeks after your average last frost date. Ideal soil temperature for germination is 70°–90°F.
  • Days to Emerge: 5–10 days
  • Seed Depth: 1/8th inch
  • Seed Spacing: A group of 3 seeds every 24 inches
  • Row Spacing: 36 inches
  • Thinning: When 2 inches tall, thin to 1 every 24 inches
  • Days to Maturity: 45 days from transplanting

  • Harvesting: Patio Choice Yellow' tomatoes are at the peak of sun-ripened deliciousness when bright yellow, and have a slight give when gently squeezed.
