Running makes Amuseables Philippe Palmier feel so good, he takes every opportunity to hit the trail. Birthday cards aren't posted – they're hand-delivered via the coastal path. Low on sugar? He'll jog to a neighbor… on the other side of the park. Errands no longer feel like chores if you're cheerful about them.
