Catching Fire Decorative Dahlia - 2 Bulbs
The Catching Fire Dahlia features a dramatic "bicolor" pattern. The base of each petal is a deep, velvety crimson red, which terminates in a sharp, snowy white tip. The contrast is exceptionally crisp, making each bloom pop against green garden foliage. It produces medium-to-large flowers, typically ranging from 4 to 6 inches in diameter.
- Light: Full Sun
- Blooms: Summer to fall
- Mature Height: 36-40 inches
- Planting instructions: Plant in Spring. Easy to grow in moist, fertile soil in full sun. Plant one bulb per square foot, 1 inch deep into the soil. Water well during the growing season, especially when grown in containers.
- Additional Notes: Pinch excess buds and deadhead to encourage additional, larger blooms.
- Attributes: Attracts butterflies, attracts hummingbirds, beautiful cut flower, great container plant.

"I was in there today may 17th 2025 and two very lovely employees helped me out! One was a guy (cashier) other was a young woman in a hat. The guy asked if I would like the plant repotted and informed me that I needed a bigger pot for the plant to grow in. The girl walked me back to the pots and helped me pick the right size!
