Gladiolus Large Flowering Blend - 30 Bulbs

The Large Flowering Blend Gladiolus is the ultimate "utility player" for the summer garden. This mix is specifically engineered to provide a diverse, rainbow-like display of towering flower spikes, ensuring that your garden remains vibrant and ever-changing throughout the peak of summer. This is a true "full-spectrum" blend including a balanced mix of saturated reds, sunny yellows, deep purples, and soft pinks.

  • Light: Full Sun
  • Blooms: Summer
  • Mature Height: 48-60 inches
  • Planting instructions: Plant in Spring. Gladiolus are extremely easy to grow in moist, well-drained soil in full sun. Water well during the growing season, especially when grown in containers. Plant in two-week intervals, 8 inches deep, for an extended bloom season and continuous availability of fresh cut flowers. Stake flowers when needed.
  • Additional Notes: Deadheading gladiolus is not necessary, but it will give you a prettier and cleaner display of blooms. Deadheading gladiolus will not ensure larger or additional blooms.
  • Attributes: Deer resistant, beautiful cut flowers.

"Love this place always helpful."

- Marjorie Lucht, April 2024

"This local nursery is great! Lots of events and seasonal promotions, even cool decor and nick-nacks. I even got a few cut tops there! It's a great shop with great service. They also have a rewards program."

- Debbie Swann, February 2024

"Wow. Go here!!!"

- Mario Quinonez, August 2024

"Just wanted to give a shout-out to both Megan and Cole who planted a new tree for us. It was hot when they were planting but they took time to make sure the placement was perfect. They also were great in explaining the maintenance that will be needed. Very professional and super attitudes…..great employees!"
