Hakuun Tulips – 7 Bulbs

Hakuun tulips are a Giant Darwin Hybrid tulip that is known for its large, pure white flowers. The flowers are about 3 inches in diameter and are held on sturdy stems that grow 20-24 inches tall. Hakuun tulips bloom in mid-spring and are a good choice for borders, beds, and containers. One of the easiest bulbs to grow. Plant Hakuun tulips in the fall for spring blooms.

  • Light: Full sun to part shade
  • Blooms: Mid Spring
  • Planting Depth: 5 inches
  • Bulbs Per Square Foot: 9
  • Planting Instructions: Plant the bulbs in the fall, 6-8 weeks before the first frost. Exposure to full sun will bring out the rich colors that tulips offer. Partial shade will enable a longer blooming period and still offer a colorful addition to any garden.
  • Mature Height: 20-24 inches
  • Additional Notes: Naturalizing, winter hardy, great cut flower

"Great staff!"

"Wonderful selection!"

- NM, April 2024

"They have so much fun stuff to look at even if you're not buying plants! They also have a cool deal where, if you buy the container and the plant, they'll plant it for you. There's clothes, kitchen stuff, kids stuff, books, nick snacks, etc. My mom and I go in just to hang out and look at stuff sometimes, but last time, I got this plant. It went from beautiful to MAMMOTH and beautiful. We named her Victoria."

"Always a good place every July/August to get Palisade’s Peaches. Colorado’s favorite."
